Welcome to the Sports and Tourist office of Canet-en-Roussillon

Set near the port since 1983, the aquarium of Canet en Roussilon displays a vast number of sea and river species in no less than 54 different aquariums with a capacity ranging from 100 to 54 000 litre of fresh and sea water.

Come and discover the variety of the sea fauna from the 5 different continents and travel across the Mediterranean Sea, the clear waters of the Pacific and Indian Ocean as well as the Red Sea.

Sharks, piranhas, tropical fish, turtles from Florida, prehistoric coelacanthe, iguanas, giant toads and other surgeonfish are waiting for you.
